Terms & Conditions

By booking tickets with Sundarban Travels, passengers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Booking

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
Passengers must carry a valid ID proof during travel.
Seats are allocated based on availability at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges apply as per our Cancellation Policy.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
No refunds for "No Show" passengers.

3. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed to carry one personal bag and limited luggage.
Excess luggage may be charged extra or refused.
Company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

4. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must report at boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
Consumption of alcohol or smoking inside the bus is strictly prohibited.
Any misconduct with staff or fellow passengers will lead to denial of service.

5. Bus Delays & Cancellations

Schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
In case of bus cancellation, alternate arrangements or full refunds will be offered.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Sundarban Travels is not liable for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
Passengers are advised to secure their own travel insurance for safety.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana courts only.
