Terms & Conditions

By booking tickets with Sundarban Travels, passengers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Booking

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
  • Passengers must carry a valid ID proof during travel.
  • Seats are allocated based on availability at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges apply as per our Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
  • No refunds for "No Show" passengers.

3. Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed to carry one personal bag and limited luggage.
  • Excess luggage may be charged extra or refused.
  • Company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

4. Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must report at boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Consumption of alcohol or smoking inside the bus is strictly prohibited.
  • Any misconduct with staff or fellow passengers will lead to denial of service.

5. Bus Delays & Cancellations

  • Schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • In case of bus cancellation, alternate arrangements or full refunds will be offered.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Sundarban Travels is not liable for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
  • Passengers are advised to secure their own travel insurance for safety.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana courts only.
