Cancellation Policy — Sundarban Travels
Effective date: 3 October 2025
1. Scope
This policy applies to all bus tickets purchased via Sundarban Travels website, mobile app, call center or authorised agents.
2. How to Cancel
Cancel via My Bookings on the website, or contact us at care@sundarbantravels.in or call +91 9911122805. Provide your booking ID and contact details.
3. Cancellation Charges & Refunds
| Time before departure | Refund |
|---|---|
| More than 72 hours | 90% refund (10% fee or min ₹50) |
| 48–72 hours | 50% refund |
| 24–48 hours | 25% refund |
| Less than 24 hours / After departure | Non-refundable |
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Payment gateway/bank processing times may vary.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Fare difference applies.
6. No-show
No-show cases are generally treated as non-refundable.
7. Force Majeure
In events such as natural disasters, government restrictions or similar, the company will follow applicable directives and may offer refunds or alternate arrangements.
